Who’s ready to get back in the pool for water polo? It’s almost time! Our Fall competitive season begins next week, with our first practice on June 25, so start getting things in order!
New Player Clinic: We will host a new player clinic on Sunday, 6/24, from 1:00-3:00 pm at the Cumming Aquatic Center. Returning players don’t need to attend, but please invite your friends who are curious about water polo and share this Flyer with details! All Clinic participants will be asked to sign this Medical Release form.
Complete Your Fall 2018 Registration: Bring these completed items to the first practice on Monday 6/25, or mail in advance to: Forsyth Water Polo, P. O. Box 2181, Cumming, GA 30028.
- Make sure your American Water Polo membership is up to date. It must be valid through October 2018. Bring your Player ID # along with your registration forms. https://www.americanwaterpolo.org
- Print and complete the Forsyth Water Polo Fall Registration Form, the Concussion Awareness form and the Medical Release form.
- Bring a Sports Physical form valid through October 2018. This must be signed by a physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner.
- Submit payment. Fall 2018 Season Fee Schedule:
-$320 for the first athlete; $295 for each additional sibling.
-$420 for girls who wish to be considered for Dual Rosters (i.e. play on the Girls A team, and also on a Co-ed team); if the athlete is not selected for the Girls A team, $100 will be refunded.
Practice Schedule: Our early season practice schedule will be Monday from 7:30-9pm, Wednesday from 7:30-9pm, and Saturday from 11:30am-1:30pm. Note: After school begins in August, this schedule will be adjusted based on lane availability at the Cumming Aquatic Center.
Parent Meeting: Our first parent meeting of the season will take place July 11 at 7:00 pm at the Cumming Aquatic Center. Mark your calendars!
